At the tail end of May, groups of running crews gathered in Barcelona for On’s 2026 Squad Race. The Squad Races are taking place across multiple European cities, before the grand finals which will be hosted in LA.

In Barcelona over 48 squads took part, running relay races inside the grounds of Montjuïc Castle. On created a community event that celebrated running culture, and brought crews together from all over the world. The French team Jolie Foulée emerged as winners for this leg of the world tour securing their place in the finals in LA.

Our role on this project was to create the Toolkit for the series of EMEA events, ensuring a cohesive approach that could be gently tailored to the event’s location. The kit of parts meant design could be seamlessly transferred to all of the Squad Races, ensuring pinnacle events took place showcasing On’s strong relationship with running culture.
