Apples and Snakes.. <p>Helping a charity to ride the wave of excitement surrounding the World Cup.</p>

Apples and Snakes, the Arts Council funded national body for performance poetry, wanted to engage with young people aged between 12 and 16. 

Their idea was to hold a national performance poetry competition that tapped into the excitement surrounding the 2010 FIFA World Cup – and they needed brand and design support to help promote it.

The brand and campaign we developed built on the success of WORDCUP 2006 and was applied across all print, digital and PR materials.

In celebration of the project’s success we designed a commemorative book for everyone who took part containing images, results and the poetry of each team.
